First off, in case you didn’t know, an essential oil is a concentrated liquid form of a plant, and people have used them for centuries for various beneficial properties in first aid, beauty, and keeping homes clean. Many of these recipes call for vinegar to mix your oils with. It's is an inexpensive, safe cleaner but there are some things you shouldn’t use vinegar on. You should also never mix a castile soap like Dr Bronner’s (another common essential oil recipe ingredient) with vinegar, because it will turn the soap back into the plant oils it was made from.
